The hotel had saunas, a fitness room, and a yoga space. The staff addressed our requests promptly. Our room was quiet and the bed provided great rest. A fridge, coffee maker, and tea kettle were available in the room.
The balcony had some pigeon droppings, limiting its usability.

clicking noise room temperature
the location proved convenient for accessing various points of interest.
the room's temperature control was problematic. the heater emitted a constant clicking noise throughout the night. the noise was distracting and affected sleep quality, and i reported it, yet there was no resolution offered .

this hotel impressed ME. the location was excellent, a short walk to many key attractions. my room featured a comfortable king bed. the breakfast offered high quality choices. staff were always helpful.
I noticed MINOR wear and tear in some common areas. The furniture showed slight signs of use.

quiet spaciousness separate room
the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit i especially liked the quiet spaciousness of the luc junior suite it also had plenty of wardrobes and storage space for longer stays the bathroom was large and included the softest toilet paper i've ever seen there was also a second toilet in a separate room a very nice feature
the little balcony had some pigeon droppings making it less usable than i hoped

metro stations helpful staff
the location was super! i was very close to several metro stations. the staff were really good for me from the front desk to the room attendants. i'm going to tell all my friends about this wonderful experience. clemens and katharina were helpful!
my room had a balcony, but it was sadly unusable due to pigeon droppings. i think they need to clean it more often.

breakfast quality street noise
The breakfast was a slight letdown. I expected more fresh options for the price. It was like they skimped on the quality a little. also, the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear street noise pretty clearly, especially early morning deliveries. I would've liked a quieter room.
